Garrett Frakes

Principal

Garrett has over twenty-eight years of sales, marketing and brand development experience in the media and real estate industries. He has coordinated and consulted on the branding, marketing, sales and advertising strategies of over 3,000 urban condominiums valued at over $2B. Garrett leads Polaris’ new-home sales strategy. He has also developed the company’s industry-leading sales teams, which routinely outperform both the market and the competition alike. Garrett works closely with new-home leaders such as Lennar Urban, The Pauls Corporation, Canyon Capital Realty Advisors and Wilson Meany Sullivan. Prior to Polaris, Garrett worked in the media industry for major corporations such as CBS, Inc. Known as a sales turnaround specialist, his leadership reinvigorated numerous media sales teams. Garrett is a New York City native and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
