Polaris

Restarting an aggressive sales program in less than 7 days.

In December 2011, Polaris was engaged by the development team to restart the sales program at Smart Corner in San Diego. The building had begun sales originally in 2007 which was later postponed due to the 2008 financial crisis. At approximately 50% sold, the remaining condominium residences were leased. In an effort to capitalize on the rapidly diminished level of new homes in the downtown area, the developer chose Polaris to re-launch an aggressive sales effort. In less than seven days, Polaris re-launched Smart Corner with a new pricing strategy, new sales team and a fresh marketing plan.

Result

Despite launching on a tight timeline, Smart Corner has established traction having sold the majority of its phase one release. Further, reservations on phase two have moved forward at a rapid pace. Marketing has been updated and messaging has been revised. Traffic counts are well over one hundred buyer groups per week on average.
